PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that City of Perryville, Boyle County, Commonwealth of Kentucky, will be accepting bids for sidewalk extension from 406 S Buell St to 502 S Buell St. The project is for connecting to existing sidewalks and may require grading and leveling. Approximate area is 195 feet. The bidder must be insured. Sealed bids will be accepted until September 30, 2026, and can be mailed to City of Perryville, PO Box 95, Perryville, KY 40468 or dropped off at City Hall at 314 E Second St. The City of Perryville reserves the right to reject any and all bids. NOTICE: This project is subject to approval and receipt of a highway easement encroachment permit from the Kentucky Department of Transportation, which the City of Perryville will apply for before project commencement. Additionally, the City anticipates that this project will be below the threshold required for formal bidding processes. In the unanticipated circumstance where total project estimates/bids exceed the formal bidding minimum thresholds under Kentucky law, a formal bidding process will be required.
